Job Description

The Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, employees, property, and hotel assets at The St. Regis Bermuda Resort. Duties typically include supervising loss prevention officers, monitoring CCTV and access points, responding to incidents, preparing reports, supporting emergency procedures, conducting investigations, and enforcing hotel security policies. Candidates should have previous security, law-enforcement, military, or hotel loss-prevention experience, strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. First-aid, CPR, fire-safety, and relevant local security training are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to maintain confidentiality, provide professional guest service, work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, and comply with Bermuda regulations and Marriott standards.
