Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the hotel’s sales team with administrative and operational tasks, including preparing proposals, contracts, reports and presentations, maintaining client records, coordinating appointments and following up on business leads. The role may also assist with group, meeting and event enquiries, site inspections and communication between clients and hotel departments. Candidates should have strong organization, communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Previous experience in hotel sales, events, reservations or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is advantageous in Hong Kong, along with Microsoft Office skills and a professional, team-oriented approach. The successful candidate is expected to be responsive, commercially aware, discreet with client information and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
