Job Description

This role focuses on managing, configuring and supporting SAP S/4HANA environments, with particular emphasis on SAP Basis and Solution Manager. Typical responsibilities include system administration, installations, upgrades, performance monitoring, transport management, incident resolution, technical documentation and coordination with functional and infrastructure teams. Candidates are expected to have practical SAP Basis experience, knowledge of S/4HANA architecture and SAP Solution Manager, and familiarity with databases, operating systems, integrations and IT service-management processes. Experience in application management, troubleshooting, customer-facing delivery and cloud or SAP BTP environments would be valuable. Strong communication, analytical ability, teamwork and willingness to work in a consulting environment are also expected.
