Job Description

The Guidewire Solution Architect designs and leads insurance technology solutions using Guidewire platforms, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures. Typical requirements include strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, or related products; knowledge of insurance processes; expertise in integration, APIs, data models, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture; and the ability to produce technical designs and guide delivery teams. Capgemini would expect excellent stakeholder communication, consulting and problem-solving skills, leadership across complex programmes, and the flexibility to work with clients and distributed teams.
