Job Description

The SIAM Incident Manager will coordinate the end-to-end response to major and recurring IT incidents across multiple service providers, ensuring services are restored quickly and customers receive clear communication. Requirements typically include experience in IT service management, incident and problem management, SIAM or multi-vendor environments, and familiarity with ITIL processes and tools. Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, communication and leadership skills are essential. The successful candidate is expected to manage incident bridges, drive root-cause investigations, monitor service-level performance, produce reports and support continual improvement. ITIL certification and experience working with enterprise clients, suppliers and distributed technical teams would be advantageous.
