SENIOR RTL ENGINEER

Job Description

The Senior RTL Engineer is expected to design, develop and verify digital hardware using RTL methodologies, typically with Verilog or SystemVerilog. Responsibilities may include creating synthesizable code, developing verification environments, reviewing designs, analyzing timing and power constraints, and supporting FPGA or ASIC implementation. Candidates should have several years of RTL design experience, strong knowledge of digital electronics, simulation and synthesis tools, and familiarity with verification practices. Experience with scripting languages, version control and semiconductor development flows is valuable. Capgemini will likely expect strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with the ability to work with international engineering teams and deliver reliable solutions to client projects.
