Job Description

The Client Director is responsible for managing senior client relationships, growing strategic accounts and identifying opportunities for Capgemini’s technology and consulting services. Requirements typically include significant experience in client leadership, enterprise sales, account management or consulting, preferably within technology or digital transformation. Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills and knowledge of sectors such as SAP, cloud, data or business transformation are expected. The successful candidate should be comfortable engaging executives, developing account plans, leading virtual teams and coordinating complex proposals. Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills are essential, together with the ability to meet revenue targets and represent Capgemini professionally across New Zealand.
