Job Description

The AWS Cloud Architect designs secure, scalable and cost-effective cloud environments on Amazon Web Services. Requirements typically include strong AWS expertise, experience with cloud migration, infrastructure design, networking, security, identity management, automation and services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda and Kubernetes. Professional AWS certifications, infrastructure-as-code skills using Terraform or CloudFormation, and familiarity with DevOps practices are advantageous. The candidate is expected to translate business needs into practical technical architectures, prepare design documentation, support implementation teams, manage risks and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Experience in consulting, enterprise architecture and regulated industries may also be valued. Strong problem-solving, leadership and collaboration skills are important.
