Job Description

The Onsite Support Engineer provides hands-on technical support at customer or office locations across Australia. Responsibilities typically include diagnosing hardware, software, network and connectivity issues, installing and configuring equipment, managing incidents and service requests, maintaining documentation, and escalating complex problems to specialist teams. Candidates are expected to have experience in desktop or field support, strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and IT service-management practices, and excellent communication abilities. A customer-focused approach, professional presentation, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel or work onsite are important. IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft or ITIL may be advantageous.
