Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build and operate scalable data platforms on AWS. The role is expected to involve real-time and batch data processing using services such as Kinesis, Lambda, Amazon MSK and Apache Flink, along with data integration, monitoring and performance optimisation. Candidates should have strong experience in data engineering, distributed systems, AWS architecture, streaming technologies and programming languages such as Java, Scala or Python. Familiarity with SQL, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, security, testing and Agile delivery is likely to be required. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders, contribute to solution design and help deliver reliable data products for clients.
