This internship supports the Production Control Unit in coordinating production plans, monitoring schedules, updating records, and following up on materials, orders, and output. Candidates are generally expected to be undergraduates or recent graduates in industrial engineering, supply chain, operations management, manufacturing, or a related discipline. Good communication, numerical ability, attention to detail, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are useful. The successful intern should be willing to learn manufacturing systems, work with production teams, meet deadlines, maintain accurate information, and adapt to a fast-paced factory environment. Exposure to apparel manufacturing, planning, inventory, or enterprise resource planning systems would be an advantage.
