Job Description

The Executive – Human Resources role typically supports recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave administration, payroll coordination, performance management and employee engagement. Candidates are generally expected to hold a degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, with relevant experience in HR operations, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing or apparel environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills are important. Familiarity with Sri Lankan labour regulations, HR information systems and Microsoft Office is usually expected. The successful candidate should be discreet, service-oriented, detail-focused and able to work effectively with employees, supervisors and management while maintaining accurate records and supporting company policies.
