This internship is suited to an undergraduate or recent graduate interested in human resources and workplace administration. Candidates are generally expected to be studying or have completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field. Good communication, organisation, confidentiality, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office are important. The intern may support recruitment, employee records, onboarding, training coordination, attendance administration, HR reporting, and day-to-day employee engagement activities.
