Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Executive supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, training, HR records and compliance with Singapore employment regulations. The role typically requires a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, along with several years of hotel or service-industry HR experience. Strong knowledge of employment practices, communication skills, discretion and confidence dealing with employees and managers are expected. The successful candidate should be organised, approachable, service-oriented and able to manage confidential matters, competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
