Room Attendant (房務員)

Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and bathrooms to Shangri-La’s standards, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, and respecting guest privacy. Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Previous hotel housekeeping or room attendant experience is preferred, although training may be provided for suitable applicants. Good customer-service skills, a positive attitude, basic communication ability, and the ability to follow safety and hygiene procedures are expected. The role requires standing, bending, lifting, and working efficiently under time pressure while maintaining a warm and professional manner.
