Family Experience Supervisor

Job Description

The Family Experience Supervisor is responsible for creating memorable, safe and engaging activities for children and families at Shangri-La Hong Kong. Duties typically include planning and supervising family programmes, coordinating with food and beverage, recreation and guest services teams, responding to parent and child needs, and maintaining high service and safety standards. Candidates should have hospitality, childcare, recreation or customer-service experience, strong communication skills and confidence working with children from different cultures. A warm, energetic and patient personality is essential, together with good organisational skills, professional presentation and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. First-aid or child-safety training and fluency in English and Cantonese would be advantageous.
