Job Description

The Cook prepares meals for colleagues in the staff restaurant, following approved recipes, food safety standards, portion controls and hygiene procedures. Requirements typically include relevant kitchen experience, basic culinary knowledge, the ability to use kitchen equipment safely and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate should be dependable, physically fit, organised and able to work cooperatively in a busy multicultural hotel environment.
