Job Description

The Security Supervisor oversees daily hotel security operations, supervises security officers, monitors access control and surveillance systems, responds to incidents, and helps protect guests, colleagues, property, and company assets. Candidates should have relevant hotel, security, or law-enforcement experience, good knowledge of emergency procedures, incident reporting, and fire and life-safety practices. Strong communication, leadership, observation, and problem-solving skills are expected. The role requires professionalism, integrity, physical fitness, shift flexibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with Hong Kong security regulations and relevant licences is advantageous, while Cantonese, English, and Mandarin skills may be preferred.
