Housekeeping Coordinator

Job Description

The Housekeeping Coordinator supports the department by coordinating room-status updates, guest requests, maintenance reports, staff communication and daily administrative duties. Candidates should have good spoken and written English, Cantonese is highly advantageous, strong organisational skills and basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, rooms division or a similar coordination role is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to work accurately under pressure, respond promptly to guests and colleagues, maintain confidentiality, follow hotel standards and demonstrate a professional, service-minded attitude. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays is normally required, together with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy luxury-hotel environment.
