The Porter cum Driver supports guests with luggage, arrivals, departures, transportation and general hotel assistance. Typical requirements include a valid Singapore driving licence, a clean driving record, basic English communication skills, a service-oriented attitude and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Previous experience in a hotel, transport or customer-service environment is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to be courteous, punctual, physically fit and well-groomed, handle luggage safely, operate hotel vehicles responsibly, provide local information and maintain Shangri-La’s service standards. This is a two-month contract position and may require flexibility during busy periods.
