Job Description

The Assistant Accountant / General Ledger Supervisor supports the hotel’s accounting function by maintaining accurate general ledger records, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end closing, and producing financial reports. Candidates typically need a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with relevant hotel or commercial accounting experience. Knowledge of Hong Kong accounting practices, internal controls, and finance systems is advantageous. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound numerical ability, integrity, and good communication skills.
