Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant or dining-floor operations, maintaining service standards, coordinating the team, and ensuring guests receive attentive and efficient service. Requirements typically include previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations, good knowledge of service procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to supervise staff during busy periods.
