Job Description

The Family Experience Supervisor creates memorable, safe and engaging experiences for children and families at Shangri-La. Responsibilities may include supervising family activities, coordinating children’s programmes, supporting events, responding to guest requests and maintaining high service and safety standards. Candidates should have experience in hospitality, guest relations, childcare, recreation or event coordination, along with strong communication and organisational skills. A warm, energetic and patient personality is essential, as is the ability to work weekends, public holidays and changing shifts. First-aid or childcare training, English and Cantonese proficiency, and experience in a luxury hotel or resort would be advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead by example, work effectively with other departments and consistently deliver personalised service to families.
