Job Description

The Waiter/Waitress will provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service across In Room Dining, banquet functions and Spice Market Café. Typical requirements include hospitality or restaurant experience, good communication skills, a positive service attitude and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Candidates should be well presented, attentive to detail and comfortable handling guest requests, orders and payments. Basic English is normally required, while additional languages are an advantage. The role also expects teamwork, knowledge of menu items and service standards, safe food-handling practices, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods. Training may be provided to candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
