Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, employees, property and hotel assets while supervising daily security operations. Requirements typically include secondary education, relevant hotel or security experience, strong communication skills, good physical fitness, and knowledge of emergency procedures, access control, incident reporting and local regulations. Previous supervisory experience and valid security qualifications in Hong Kong are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to lead and coach security officers, monitor CCTV and patrol activities, respond calmly to incidents, coordinate with police or emergency services when required, maintain accurate records, and deliver a professional, discreet and guest-focused service. Shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays, is normally required.
