Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily room and public-area cleaning, assigns duties, checks standards, coordinates room readiness with Front Office, manages supplies, and responds to guest requests or complaints. Candidates should have hotel housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role, along with good knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and workplace safety. Strong communication, organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to train and motivate colleagues are expected. The role requires flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as well as a professional attitude and commitment to Shangri-La’s guest-service standards. Familiarity with hotel systems and spoken English is advantageous.
