Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising housekeeping operations on assigned guest floors, ensuring rooms, corridors and service areas meet Shangri-La’s cleanliness and presentation standards. Duties typically include allocating work, inspecting rooms, following up on maintenance issues, managing guest requests, controlling supplies and supporting room attendants. Candidates should have hotel housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to lead a team. Fluency in English is generally expected; Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage. The successful candidate should be service-minded, reliable, well organised and comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays.
