Job Description

The Order Taker – In Room Dining is responsible for answering guest calls, recording food and beverage orders accurately, explaining menu items, confirming delivery details, and coordinating with the kitchen and service team. Candidates should have good spoken English and communication skills; Cantonese and Mandarin are valuable in Hong Kong. Previous experience in hotel food and beverage, room service, reservations, or a customer-facing role is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to be polite, attentive, well-groomed, efficient under pressure, and familiar with hotel service standards. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required, along with basic computer and telephone skills.
