Family Experience Supervisor

Job Description

The Family Experience Supervisor supports memorable, safe and engaging activities for children and families within the hotel. Requirements typically include experience in hospitality, childcare, guest relations, recreation or events, along with strong communication skills in English and preferably Cantonese or Mandarin. The candidate should be friendly, energetic, patient and confident supervising children, coordinating family activities and handling guest requests professionally. Responsibilities may include planning programmes, monitoring safety, coordinating with other departments, maintaining activity areas and ensuring high service standards. First-aid, childcare or recreation qualifications are advantageous. Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and changing shifts is expected.
