Job Description

The F&B Reservation Executive manages restaurant and dining reservations, responds to guest enquiries, records booking details accurately, and coordinates seating arrangements with restaurant and service teams. Candidates should have hospitality or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and good knowledge of reservation systems or hotel software. Fluency in English is generally expected; Malay and other languages are advantageous. The role requires organisation, attention to detail, confidence handling guest requests, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
