Job Description

The F&B Banquet Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of conferences, weddings, meetings and other catered functions. Typical requirements include a diploma or equivalent experience in hospitality, food and beverage operations, banquet service or event coordination; good spoken and written English; strong organisation and communication skills; and basic computer knowledge. Knowledge of hotel banquet procedures, billing, menus and function-room set-up is advantageous. The candidate is expected to coordinate with sales, kitchen, service and housekeeping teams, prepare event documents, follow up on client requests, maintain accurate records and help ensure smooth service.
