Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising the hotel security team, protecting guests, colleagues, property and assets, and maintaining a safe environment throughout Shangri-La Hong Kong. Requirements typically include relevant hotel, security or law-enforcement experience, supervisory skills, good English and Cantonese communication, sound knowledge of emergency procedures, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate is expected to conduct patrols, monitor security systems, investigate incidents, prepare reports, enforce hotel procedures, coordinate with public authorities when necessary, and provide professional guest service. Shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays, is expected.
