Job Description

The Housekeeping Coordinator supports the department’s daily operations by coordinating room and public-area cleaning, updating room status, handling guest requests, preparing reports, and communicating with housekeeping staff, Front Office, Engineering, and other departments. Candidates should have good communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to manage priorities in a busy hotel environment. Previous hotel housekeeping or administrative experience is preferred. Familiarity with hotel systems and basic computer applications is useful. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with professional grooming and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
