The Service Manager – Front Office (Duty Manager) oversees daily front-office operations, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, guest requests, billing, and service recovery. Candidates are generally expected to have several years of hotel front-office experience, previous supervisory or duty-management responsibility, strong communication skills, and good knowledge of hotel systems. Fluency in English is normally required, while additional languages are advantageous.
