The successful candidate is expected to follow food-safety and workplace-safety procedures, operate dishwashing equipment correctly, handle cleaning chemicals responsibly, support kitchen teams during busy periods, and maintain Shangri-La’s service and cleanliness standards. Shift work, weekends and public holidays are normally required.
