Job Description

The Floor Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations on assigned guest floors, ensuring rooms, corridors and service areas meet Shangri-La’s cleanliness and presentation standards. Requirements typically include previous hotel housekeeping experience, supervisory ability, good communication skills and a strong eye for detail. The candidate is expected to allocate duties, inspect completed rooms, monitor supplies, respond professionally to guest requests, coach team members and coordinate with Front Office and Engineering. Flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential. Knowledge of hotel operating procedures, workplace safety and service quality standards is advantageous.
