Job Description

The Telephone Operator (Service Centre) is responsible for answering and directing guest calls, handling requests efficiently, recording messages, and coordinating with departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food and Beverage. Candidates should have good spoken English, a pleasant telephone manner, strong listening and communication skills, and basic computer knowledge. Previous experience in hotel service, a call centre, or guest relations is advantageous. The role requires patience, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm while managing multiple calls and requests. Shift work, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, is normally expected in a 24-hour hotel operation.
