F&B Reservation Executive

Job Description

The F&B Reservation Executive manages dining reservations, guest enquiries, table availability, booking changes and special requests for the hotel’s restaurants and bars. Candidates should have hospitality or customer-service experience, strong communication skills and good telephone and email etiquette. Familiarity with reservation systems, Microsoft Office and basic food and beverage operations is advantageous. Fluency in English is generally required, while additional languages are helpful. The successful candidate is expected to be organised, courteous, responsive and accurate, with a professional appearance and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is normally required.
