Job Description

The Security Officer helps protect guests, colleagues, visitors and hotel property by conducting patrols, monitoring CCTV and access points, responding to incidents, preparing reports and supporting emergency procedures. Candidates should have relevant hotel, security or customer-service experience, good communication skills and a calm, responsible approach. Familiarity with Hong Kong security practices, basic computer skills and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are normally expected. A valid Hong Kong Security Personnel Permit is highly desirable or required, depending on the duties. The successful candidate should be observant, physically fit, professional, discreet and able to work effectively with hotel departments and emergency services.
