A valid professional license may be advantageous. The candidate is expected to respond quickly to breakdowns, carry out inspections and repairs, maintain service records, follow safety procedures, coordinate with contractors and support guests and hotel departments professionally. Shift work, weekends, public holidays and emergency call-outs are normally part of the role.
