The Uniform & Linen Room Attendant is responsible for issuing, collecting, sorting, storing and maintaining staff uniforms, guest linen and related items. Duties may include recording stock, arranging laundry, checking garments for damage, coordinating repairs and keeping the uniform and linen areas clean and organised. Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive handling work. Previous hotel, laundry, housekeeping or uniform-room experience is preferred but suitable applicants may receive training. Good teamwork, reliability, personal presentation and basic communication skills are expected. The role requires shift work, including weekends and public holidays, and a professional service attitude in line with Shangri-La standards.
