Job Description

The Waiter/Waitress – In-Room Dining is responsible for taking guest orders, accurately entering requests, delivering food and beverages to rooms, setting up trays or tables, and collecting service items promptly. Candidates should have previous experience in hotel or restaurant service, a pleasant and professional manner, good communication skills, and the ability to speak English; Cantonese or other languages are advantageous. The role requires attention to detail, basic knowledge of food and beverage service, good personal presentation, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
