Job Description

The Food & Beverage Associate supports restaurant and dining operations by welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, preparing tables, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and responding to guest requests. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment. Previous food-service or hospitality experience is helpful, although training may be provided. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with good personal presentation, teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to follow Shangri-La’s service and hygiene standards.
