Qualification & Experience
· Male
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Night Auditor, Income Auditor, Accounts Assistant, or similar position in a resort or hotel environment.
· Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, IDS, Protel, Fidelio, or equivalent.
· Knowledge of hotel accounting principles, revenue auditing, and cash reconciliation.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
· Strong analytical and numerical skills with close attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and integrity.

Duties & Responsibilities
· Perform daily night audit and complete end-of-day closing in the PMS.
· Reconcile all resort revenues, including rooms, food & beverage, spa, excursions, and other outlets.
· Verify guest folios, postings, rates, discounts, taxes, and package inclusions for accuracy.
· Balance and reconcile all cash, credit card, online payments, and bank transactions.
· Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in revenue and accounting records.
· Prepare and distribute daily revenue, occupancy, and audit reports for management.
· Maintain accurate audit records and support month-end closing and external audits.
· Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and resort procedures.
· Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Spa, and other departments to resolve billing and posting issues.
· Safeguard financial data, cash handling, and confidential guest information.
· Ensure proper system updates, postings, and backups are completed during night operations.
