The duties encompass several key areas. Firstly, in Client Liaison & Personalization, the agent acts as the main contact for clients from arrival to departure, engaging through various communication channels to understand their needs, preferences, and special requests. They complete and update Guest Preference Forms and provide tailored recommendations for excursions, dining, and experiences, ensuring all requests are communicated accurately to the relevant teams. In Service Coordination & Oversight, the agent oversees client files from a service-delivery perspective, liaising with hotels, transport, and activity suppliers to ensure seamless coordination of services. They confirm that all pre-arranged services are executed as planned and monitor service delivery throughout the client’s stay, anticipating issues and ensuring quick resolutions. The role also involves managing Collaterals, Gifts & A-la-Carte Arrangements by preparing and verifying welcome letters, itinerary folders, and organizing VIP gifts, ensuring presentation standards reflect the brand image. Inter-departmental Liaison involves maintaining up-to-date client file information, clear communication with various teams, and collaborating with hotel guest experience teams to align on client expectations. The agent also handles Guest Meet-and-Assist duties by personally meeting and assisting clients at the airport or hotel, conducting courtesy visits, and representing the brand with professionalism. Quality Control & Reporting tasks include maintaining service checklists, reporting service lapses, and contributing to high guest satisfaction ratings. Finally, the agent may be assigned any other related duties as necessary to support the overall service excellence of Creole Exclusive.
