Experience
· Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, key account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the tourism, hospitality, or B2B services sector.
· Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value partnerships and contracts.
· Proven experience in managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of key B2B accounts.
· Experience in strategic promotion and upselling of diverse service offerings, including niche or specialized products (e.g., "off the beaten path" experiences).
· Familiarity with the travel and tourism market dynamics in La Réunion, the Seychelles, and the broader Indian Ocean region is highly advantageous.
